Objet : Visite du Secrétaire d’Etat Parlementaire allemand à la Défense à Laâyoune /

Suite à mon envoi, cité en référence, j’ai l’honneur de vous faire parvenir, ci-joint, une note verbale émanant du Ministère fédéral des Affaires étrangères, confirmant le voyage du Dr. Ralf Brauksiepe, Secrétaire d’Etat Parlementaire allemand à la Défense, à Laâyoune le 01 mai 2014 de 15:00 à 19:00, durant laquelle il aura des discussions avec M. Wolfgang Weisbrod-Weber ainsi que les membres de nationalité allemande de la MINURSO.

Le Ministère des Affaires étrangères a indiqué qu’il nous tiendra, également, informé de la composition de la délégation parlementaire et des représentants des médias accompagnant le Secrétaire d’Etat.

Cette Ambassade a, par ailleurs, insisté pour que le Dr. Ralf Brauksiepe ait une rencontre avec M. Yahdih Bouchab, Wali de la région Laâyoune-Boujdour-Sakia Al Hamra, Gouverneur de la province de Laâyoune.

Das Auswärtige Amt beehrt sich, der Botschaft des Königreichs Marokko die bei den Vereinten Nationen in New York angekündigte Besuchsreise des Parlamentarischen Staatssekretärs des Bundesministeriums der Verteidigung, Herrn Dr. Ralf Brauksiepe, zur Mission der Vereinten Nationen in Westsahara MINURSO zur Kenntnis zu bringen. Eine Kopie der Ankündigung ist dieser Note beigefügt.

Das Auswärtige Amt benutzt diesen Anlass, die Botschaft des Königreichs Marokko erneut seiner ausgezeichneten Hochachtung zu versichern.

Le Ministère fédéral des Affaires Etrangères a l’honneur de confirmer à l’Ambassade du Royaume du Maroc le voyage, annoncé aux Nations Unies à New York, du Secrétaire d’Etat Parlementaire du Ministère fédéral de la Défense, M. Dr. Ralf Brauksiepe, à la Mission des Nations Unies du Sahara
Occidental MINURSO. Une copie de cette déclaration est jointe à cette note.

Le Ministère fédéral des Affaires Etrangères saisit cette occasion pour renouveler à l’Ambassade du Royaume du Maroc l’expression de sa parfaite considération.

The Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations presents its compliments to the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations and has the honor to inform the Department of Peacekeeping Operations of the following matter:

The Parliamentary State Secretary in the German Ministry of Defense, Dr. Ralf Braaksiepe, is planning to visit the MINURSO headquarters in Laayonne on May 1 2014 from 15:00 to 19:00 for meetings with the SRSG and Head of MINURSO, the Force Commander in addition to the German contingent.

State Secretary Dr. Braaksiepe will be accompanied by a delegation of members of the German Parliament (Bundestag) and members of the press (max. 12 PAX).

The Permanent Mission would greatly appreciate the support of MINURSO in facilitating the visit which will be organized on the ground by the Information Officer MINURSO, Mr. Enrico Magnani, and the German MINURSO contingent.

The Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations the assurance of its highest consideration.
